With the track and field season now upon us the club has changed the structure of training as follows – general training for all athletes takes place from 7.15pm to 8pm. Event specific training for athletes competing in competition will take place from 8pm – 8.30pm. All other athletes will finish at 8pm. This is being implemented on a trial basis and will be reviewed over the next couple of weeks. Forms are available at training for athletes to fill up as regards the competitions they wish to participate in and all are asked to fill out same at training this week.
As Friday next, 25th March is Good Friday there will be no training. Training will resume as normal on Tuesday 29th.
