Normal training resumes for all athletes this week.  The indoor track season is now upon us and training for this has commenced.  Athletes are also gearing themselves up for the All Ireland “B” Cross Country Championships in February and the club are organising teams to take part.  Names should be given to the coaches if you are interested in competing in this event.  New athletes are always welcome to the club.  Training takes place on Tuesday and Friday nights from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.  Just come along and you will be made very welcome.
