Our weekly track training continues with sessions each Tuesday and Friday night from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Anyone who is 15 or over who is interested in doing track & field is encouraged to attend. Drills, hurdles, sprints and strength training form part of each session and those who are attending are finding it very beneficial.
