Well done to each of our club athletes who competed in the finals of the Tipperary Community Games in Templemore on Sunday last with many of them representing the parish of Moyne-Templetuohy. In what is traditionally a very strong competition three made the podium, with Leona Maher winning the U/16 100mts, JP Everard finishing second in the U/10 100mts and Alana Spillane finishing third in the U/12 600mts. Others to make the podium for their parish of Thurles were Adam Spillane-Leane who finished second in the U/14 Long Jump and Relay and Saoirse Doran who finished third in the Girls U/14 800mts.
