Over the past couple of weeks club athletes have been representing their schools at the East Munster Schools Track & Field Championships. Congratulations to Roisin Daly, Presentation Thurles on winning the Senior Girls Long Jump, Jack Hickey, CBS Thurles 2nd in the Intermediate 200mts and 400mts and Gavin Ryan, Coláiste Mhuire, Thurles 3rd in the Minor Boys 1,500mts. All three have now qualified to compete in the Munster finals to be held in Cork IT on 20th May and we wish them the very best in their quest for Munster and National glory.
