All Ireland Finalists
Three athletes from the club represented Tipperary and Munster at the National Even Age Cross Country Championships in Dublin on Sunday last. All three competed in the Boys U/12 competition and against stiff opposition performed very well. First home for the club was Philip Hayes, who was also selected on the Munster squad, in 85th place followed by Aaron McLoughlin in 113th and Jake Bowe 125th to help the Tipperary team to 10th place overall in the County Competition. The Munster team finished 3rd in the Inter-Provincial competition and as a squad member Philip will be in line for a national bronze medal. Well done to all three boys.
