It is now only a couple of weeks to our 10k Mini Marathon and 5k Fun Run/Walk and preparations are well underway to ensure all will be in readiness for the big day. Both the 10k and 5k will start simultaneously at 12 noon on Monday 6th June. Entry fee for each of the races is €15 and chip timing will be in operation provided by Premier Race Timing Systems. Monetary prizes for the first three men and ladies in both races. 1st – €50, 2nd – €30, 3rd – €20. There will be a €50 bonus for anyone breaking the course record in the 10K which currently stands at 37.04 in the ladies event and 32.07 for the men’s event. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
