Training has resumed for athletes for the forthcoming cross country season.  This week training takes place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 7.30pm in the Sportsfield and will revert back to the normal Tuesday and Friday night at 7.30pm from next week.  We hope to see all our athletes back and welcome new members.  First cross country fixtures takes place on 2nd October in the Middlepiece, Two-Mile-Borris.
