15 of our athletes travelled to Nenagh Indoor Stadium on Saturday last and brought home a total of 13 medals; 2 County Titles, 6 Silver and 5 Bronze. The two County Title winners were Niamh Ryan in the Girls U14 800m and Eoin Troy in the Boys U17 High Jump. Well done to you both. See more photos
In the Girls U13 Long Jump Katie Bergin finished 2nd with a PB of 4.19, Katie also finished 3rd in the 60m and 6th in the High Jump with a PB of 1.20 and finished 7th in the 600m. Rachel Butler finished 3rd in the Girls 600m, 4th in the High Jump 6th in the Long Jump and 7th in the Shot with a PB of 6.14. In the Boys U13 600m race Charlie Tobin finished 5th. In the Girls U14 800m Niamh Ryan finished 1st, in the Long Jump 2nd with a PB of 4.21, and also 2nd in the High Jump with a PB of 1.25 and 4th in the 60m hurdles. Emma Dunphy finished 3rd in the 60m hurdles, 4th in the High Jump with a PB of 1.15 and 5th in the Long Jump with a PB of 3.92. Lorna Hayes finished 8th in the Long Jump and also ran in the 800m. Aoibheann Duggan finished 6th in the shot and 11th in the Long Jump. In the Boys U14 Sean Burke finished 3rd in the High Jump with a jump of 1.25 and 7th in the Long Jump. In the Girls U15 60m Hurdles Erica Carroll finished 2nd and 10th in the Long Jump. In the Boys U15 Lorcan Troy finished 5th in the High Jump, 6th in the Shot and 9th in the Long Jump. In the Girls U16 Emma Doyle finished 2nd in the High Jump with a jump of 1.30. In the Girls U17 Katie Tobin finished 4th in the 800m. In the Boys U17 Eoin Troy finished 1st in the High Jump with a jump of 1.50 and finished 3rd in the 800m. Eamon Troy finished 2nd in the 60m Hurdles and 4th in the 800m. Aidan Ryan finished 6th in the in the 800m. Well done to you all.
