Once again this group have continued to make great progress in their efforts at competing in our 5k on 18th September. Another three sessions took place last week and despite the extra few minutes added to their programmes it proved to be no problem with everyone looking comfortable. Again if there is anyone who is interested in getting fit at their own pace please do come along to the field on any Monday, Wednesday or Friday night at 8pm and we can go through a programme with you.
