Once again this group have completed another week of training and it’s great to see so many people enjoying the experience.  Time has stepped up again and great credit to everyone for continuing to keep pace. No one appears to be under pressure and that is a testament to their commitment to the programme.  If you are interested in joining these sessions or indeed just coming along to walk, jog or run please feel free to attend on any of the nights and we will get you started.
