There is still plenty of interest in our Couch to 5k training sessions each Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm in the Sportsfield.  We are now into week 4 and there has been great strides made by everyone.  If you are interested in getting fit please do come along to any of these sessions.  It is never too late to start exercising, there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else, it is at your own level, is non-competitive, enjoyable and sociable.  All levels of fitness are catered for including walkers, joggers and runners and the sessions are open to both men and ladies.
