Our Couch to 5k continues to attract people from near and far with everyone either walking, jogging or running around the track. Sessions continue each Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 8pm in a non-competitive, sociable and friendly atmosphere. For those who have not yet ventured to the Sportsfield it is never too late to start. Just come along on whatever night suits you and begin what is sure to be a whole new healthy challenge. Men and Ladies welcome.
