Our Couch to 5k got off to a great start last week with upwards of 30 people walking, jogging and running around the track.  Sessions continue each Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm on the track and we encourage all to attend if at all possible.  For those who have not yet ventured to the Sportsfield it is never too late to start.  Just come along on whatever night suits you and begin what is sure to be a whole new healthy challenge.  Everyone is welcome – men and ladies, young and not so young.
