Training resumed last week for this group of athletes with a few new people making their debut on the track which is most welcome. Anyone else interested in joining the group just need to come along to the training sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm. Programmes are available to suit all abilities so don’t be afraid that you won’t be able to keep up. We will be holding our annual 5k on 29th January so if you are keen to try your hand at a 5k event don’t hesitate to come along to these sessions.
