Couch to 5K

The club are continuing the Couch to 5k training once again each Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 8pm. A new training programme has been devised for those who successfully completed the 5k last week and will be available to anyone interested in continuing on. If you are interested in joining the group you will be most welcome and again the original training programmes are still available and can be updated for those wishing to walk, jog or run.
