Those that attended training on Tuesday night were timed over various distances on the track – 60mts, 100mts, 200mts, 300mts, 500mts, 600mts and 800mts.  It is hoped to continue this at training this Friday night over another variety of distances.  In this way every athlete will have a time to be proud of and these times will go to setting up club records for each of the distances on the track.  We are encouraging all athletes to come along on Friday night and take part to set their own individual record or indeed a club record.
