2019 Cross Country Championships

Sunday next, October 6, sees the start of the 2019 Cross Country Championships when the Even Age Juvenile (U/10-U/18) and Novice Championships take place in Newport. This is a time of reckoning for all our athletes following their weeks of training and we wish all those taking part the very best of luck. The competition commences at 12 noon sharp and all athletes should be there by 11am at the latest. This allows time to walk the course, collect your number and club singlet and do a warmup.

Lotto

Congratulations to Brendan Delaney and Kate Harrison who were winners of €20 in the Lucky Dip.   Many thanks to everyone who has and continues to support the club by being members of the lotto. This is very much appreciated.  Lotto tickets (€2) are available at each training session and we encourage members to purchase same.
