In this event held on 1st August the club had three competitors. Frances Long completed the course in 23.20 to win the O/40 category whilst Trish Campion finished in 23.47 to clinch victory in the O/35 category. Damien McDonnell also competed and he finished in 38th in a time of 20.29. Well done to all three athletes.
