The club are hosting our 3rd autumn 5K Fun Run/Walk on Sunday next 17th September at 12 noon over our usual Burma Route. Prizes for the first 3 Men and Ladies. Entry fee is €10 with refreshments served to all afterwards. The course is a flat fast course and is an ideal preparation for anyone competing in the forthcoming cross country season or Tipperary Mini Marathon. Participation has increased over the past two years and it would be great to see that trend continue on Sunday. The club also hope to see other athletic clubs in the County giving us their support. We encourage all club athletes, junior and senior, to take part and support the club. Local support is also encouraged so if you can walk, jog or run we would love to see you on the day. Sunday also sees Kevin Donovan run this 30th race of the year in his 32 County Challenge in aid of the Cork Deaf Association and the Irish Deaf Society. This is Kevin’s chosen Tipperary Race. Show your support for Kevin by taking part with him on the day. Everyone welcome.
