Couch to 5K

We are now into Week 3 of Our Couch to 5k and it has been great to see the progress unfolding over these three weeks.  Walkers, joggers and runners have been very conscientious in their attendance and this has certainly helped in the increase in fitness levels of everyone.  Sessions continue each Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 8pm in a very non-competitive, sociable and friendly atmosphere.  The sessions are open to both ladies and men and it is never too late to start so don’t hesitate to come along to the Sportsfield on any of the nights above where you will be most welcome.
