Couch to 5K

Training continues for this group of very dedicated men and ladies who have continued to improve week on week.  All sessions are conducted in a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.  Week 5 commences this week but if you are interested in getting fit please come along to the Sportsfield on any of these nights where you will be made very welcome and will have a number of programme options to suit your level of fitness.  The health benefits of regular exercise is hard to ignore.
